What Is the Kynship Program?

At TaiKyn, we believe everyone deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and cared for — without having to choose between bills and braids.

The Kynship Program is our way of giving back to the very community that inspires us. For every 100 orders placed, we set aside $150 to gift someone who could use a little extra support with their next braid install.

It’s not a giveaway. It’s not charity. It’s Kynship — a community care circle rooted in love, legacy, and looking out for each other.

Who Can Apply?

The Kynship Program is open to:
– Students
– Moms
– Anyone going through a rough patch
– Or just someone who could use a break 

No matter your story, if getting your hair done would lighten your load — this is for you.

 How It Works

  1. You shop TaiKyn.

  2. We track every 100th order.

  3. You apply (or nominate someone).

  4. One person receives $150 toward their braid appointment.

How Often Does It Run?

We give back twice a year — and as we grow, we plan to do more.
