Before I was the founder of TaiKyn…
I was exactly who this brand was built for.
A woman relying on braids to keep life moving.
Like millions of women, I accepted the prep, the compromises, and the extra steps as normal.
Until one day I stopped asking…

…and started asking…
“Why does it still have to be?”
That question became TaiKyn.
